Review answers to standard questions from our global importers.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for bulk shipments?
For ocean cargo shipments, our standard MOQ is a single 20ft refrigerated container (approx 10 to 12 Metric Tons depending on produce type). For air-freight perishable cargo (such as fresh okra or mangoes), our MOQ is 1 Metric Ton (1,000 kg).
Are your organic products certified under USDA Organic regulations?
Yes. All our organic-labeled seeds, grains, and spices hold certifications compliant with USDA NOP (National Organic Program), European Union organic directives, and India Organic (NPOP standards). We provide transactional certificates (TC) with every export batch.
How do you guarantee the cold-chain is maintained during ocean transit?
We exclusively use state-of-the-art reefers with continuous temperature recorders. From farm gates, produce is hauled in temperature-monitored refrigerated trucks straight to port loading gates. Thermographs inside the container log temperature fluctuations throughout the sea journey.
What certifications do your facilities hold for food hygiene?
Our packaging houses and cleaning lines hold ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management Systems) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) credentials. We are fully registered with FSSAI (India) and the FDA (for US shipments).
Do you support private labeling or customized carton sizes?
Yes. We provide complete private packaging and labeling services for wholesale distributors and retail grocery chains. We print corporate logos, nutrition details, barcodes, and custom weight configurations (e.g. 250g, 500g pouches or 5kg bulk crates).
What are your standard shipping terms and trade policies?
We standardly quote prices under FOB (Free on Board) major Indian ports (JNPT Mumbai, Mundra Gujarat) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) your port of choice. Trade payment terms are generally backed by irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or telegraphic transfers (T/T).
